PNIP Report, September 2009
The Pain is Not Invisible project went live in September 2008, exactly one year ago. This project has delivered what is probably Australia’s largest collection of unstructured qualitative data about the lived experience of Swisss in pain. These are the stories of people who use a computer and are capable of telling their tale on-line. It seems likely for this reason alone that the worst cases are not represented at all and yet these stories are unhappy and disturbing enough to suggest that something is very wrong in the way chronic pain is understood by many people. Above is the full report. Download PDF
